CALL FOR ABSTRACTS DEADLINE 10 SEPTEMBER 2020

- If AlgaEurope 2020 needs to be rescheduled, we will simply roll over your booking to the new dates.

- If the organisers are unable to run the conference again in 2021, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Call for abstracts guidelines


Text

The text must be formatted in Arial for text (other are not allowed). The abstract text may not be longer than a maximum of 250 words.

Pictures/Graphs/Tables

Authors may include a maximum of one picture or graph or one table (of up to ten rows x ten columns) per abstract. Words within the table count towards the total maximum of words allowed.

Title

Abstract titles must be submitted according to the general rules. Abstract titles will be proofread. 

Presentation types

You can make your preferred selection of the following presentation types ( oral, poster presentation). Please note that the programme committee may or may not follow your preference; the final presentation type will be communicated after the selection.

Keywords

Authors are asked to enter 5 keywords to better define the abstract content.

Submit your abstract

You can save your abstract one time only. Please make sure to have all fields completed before you finally submit your abstract. You will receive a confirmation by email after the submission (please make sure to state your correct email address!). Changes in the abstract title are not possible after submission. Please note that emails regarding the submission will be sent to the corresponding author. 


The speakers are not allowed to present poster if they are accepted for the oral presentation.


To be included in the conference program, all presenters involved in the session must have their registration fees paid in full before being placed in the program. The last date for payment is October 30, 2020, after this date there are no guarantees your abstract will be included in the program.

Your poster, PDF or PowerPoint presentation and your full abstract will be made publicly available through AlgaEurope 2020 Conference website after the conferences. Next to that you agree with publication of your photo/video/presentation through the AlgaEurope 2020 website.

Data protection: By registering as an author and by submitting an abstract to AlgaEurope 2020, authors agree that DLG Benelux may use the personal data submitted for the purposes of managing AlgaEurope 2020.

Abstracts not adhering to these guidelines will be rejected. The final decision about acceptance of an abstract will be taken by the AlgaEurope Scientific Committee. AlgaEurope does not correspond on the reasons for acceptance/rejection of an abstract.
