Payment Methods

- Registrations not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honored until full payment is made.

- Confirmations will be sent upon clearance of payment.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail (

- All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.

- Bank service charges will be deducted from all the registration refund.

- Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation:

1. For cancellation requests on or before October 1, 2020, a refund less a €100 service charge will be issued. 

2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 1, 2020.

Acknowledgement of Registration

- Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail automatically since your e-registration has been submitted.

- It is not a confirmation but a message to notify you of your successful e-registration.

Confirmation of Registration

- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you with an invoice via e-mail within 1 weeks upon clearing up appropriate payment.
