Who can be a Hosted Buyer

Companies which are involved Algae Cultivation, Algae Processing, Algae Applications, Equipment/Technology Provider, Industry (e.g. Food, Feed, Pharma, Cosmetics), Investors or any other companies which are actively involved in algae.
Person who has decision-making power within the company.

What do we expect from a Hosted Buyer

As a hosted buyer you have flexibility, but we kindly request that you commit to scheduling meetings with our exhibitors and participants during your time at the event.
We encourage you to enjoy the full experience by engaging with our participants during our coffee and lunch breaks as well as our other networking events.

CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT BY HOSTED BUYER

Replacement: Invitations to Hosted Buyers are non-transferable and personal to the Hosted Buyer. In instances where Hosted Buyers need to cancel their participation, they may submit a written request that a colleague from their organisation attends as a replacement.

Cancellation of attendance: If a Hosted Buyer cancels his/her participation after receiving the hotel booking confirmation, kindly note that the Hosted Buyer will be responsible for any associated accommodation expenses incurred.

Organizers reserve the right to remove a VIP Buyer from the VIP Buyer Program and to withdraw complimentary accommodation and pre-scheduled appointments at its complete discretion without liability if it is in the best interests of the Conference and the (Trade Show) Participants or their attendance is likely to damage the goodwill or reputation of the Conference.
