How to get there

From the Athens International Airport

• Metro: Use metro's line 3 (Blue Line) which goes from Municipal Theater (Piraeus) to the Airport. Get off at the Evangelismos (Στ.Ευαγγελισμου) station. Then it is an easy walk of 10 minutes to the Divani Caravel Hotel.
• Bus: Take bus no. X95 from the airport to the Evangelismos Hospital (ΝΟΣΟΚ. ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΣΜΟΣ) station. Then it is an easy walk of 10 minutes to the Divani Caravel Hotel.
• Taxi: Take an airport taxi to Divani Caravel or use the app FreeNow (~45 - 65 EUR).

Valet parking is available at the hotel at an extra charge of 25 EUR per day.

VISA GUIDELINES

Attendees from countries that require visas are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early. Visa applications should be submitted for processing as early as possible no later than 90 days prior to travel.
