How to get there

From the Athens International Airport

• By bus: The bus stop is situated 300 meters away, behind the Arrivals Hall of the airport, past the parking area. Please follow the "Public transport" signs. Bus route number 22 will get you to the city center in about 30 minutes. Exit at the "Autoosta" (Central Bus Station, Central Railway Station) bus stop, and the hotel is just 1.3 km away.
• By taxi: A taxi ride to the hotel takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on the traffic.
• By car: The ride takes about 20 minutes, depending on the traffic. The hotel offers underground parking for an additional cost (EUR 15 per night for hotel guests).

From Railway Station and Central Bus Station

• On foot: The hotel is just 1.1 km away from the Railway Station and 1.3 km away from the Central Bus Station.
• By bus: Take bus route number 16 and exit at Tērbatas Street. Walk 260 meters through Brīvības Boulevard and turn left onto Elizabetes Street.
• By taxi: A taxi ride to the hotel takes about 15-18 minutes, depending on the traffic.
• By car: The ride takes about 15-18 minutes, depending on the traffic. The hotel offers underground parking for an additional cost (EUR 15 per night for hotel guests).

VISA GUIDELINES

Attendees from countries that require visas are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early. Visa applications should be submitted for processing as early as possible no later than 90 days prior to travel.

Please note that the AlgaEurope 2025 organizers do not have any influence over the issuance of a visa. The determination is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate.
